Sugar,- the best sugar cookies in the world! chocolate chip, ranger crunch (with coconut and krispies), pineapple, no bake.

Icings:

Buttercream: a creamy icing commonly used on sheet cakes or as layer filling.
Flavors include vanilla, butter, almond, and lemon.

Royal: an icing that dries stiffer than buttercream, it has a shiny smooth finish. 
Can be used on sugar cookies in place of buttercream for a smoother finish.  Flavors
include vanilla, butter, almond, and lemon. (Flavors are not as intense in royal icing
as in buttercream).

Fondant: an icing commonly used on wedding cakes to create a very smooth finish. 
Fondant can be molded into shapes or make to look like fabric on a cake. 
Fondant is a vanilla flavor.
